I am happiest teaching outside flowing with the beats of nature.

With over 15 years of yoga practice with roots in dance, Kundalini, Iyengar, and Zen meditation, I guide a strong practice with an emphasis on setting intentions to use mindful breathing to stay present and to be thankful for each moment.

I trained locally at Yoga Garden SF in a alignment based vinyasa. My creative force is driven to give back to the community, foster energy from Mother Earth and spread knowledge about caring for oneself and our environment.
