We're over-the-moon to be expanding our love of outdoor yoga community with our east bay family!

We hope you'll come join us for yoga in a very beautiful and conveniently located area of Lake Merritt.

Outdoor Yoga offers a 75 minute all levels silent disco yoga class in the Bay areas most beautiful locations! This class and community offers you a special opportunity to get out in nature, move freely and practice yoga as you touch the real earth. Join yoga teacher, Julianne Aiello for our special "Grand Opening" silent disco yoga, along the beautiful Lake Merritt.

Opening classes will be lead by Julianne Aiello. She has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside in nature, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life.

Julianne is a practitioner of joy and love, and a student of life. and she teaches a strong, grounding, lighthearted vinyasa yoga practice that welcomes all bodies and all beings to feel the power of stretching and breathing!

This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher and to curated music. We have so much fun growing in SF, and we can't wait to share it with you in OAKLAND, along the beautiful LAKE MERRITT!

Please sign up in advance to join us! This is an all levels class and ALL are welcome!
