San Francisco is a city full of the best food, shops, and the best kept secrets..
Our mission is always to support local small businesses, and we couldn’t encourage enough, that you do the same.
Our local mom and pop’s, hole in the walls, and hidden gems are what keep this city so unique, eccentric, quirky, and one-of-a-kind. We have made a small list of our favorite places here in San Francisco, for those of you visiting, or those of you who want to experience somewhere new (or revisit an old fave) while supporting your community all the while!
Favorite places to EAT!:
Locations in The Marina & Hayes Valley

Stop in to any one of the few locations here in the city and pick up a salad, juice and treat to enjoy in store, or out on the beach after yoga, or in your favorite park. When you support UR, you are also supporting local, family run farms!

Burritos are our go-to for yummy, warm food, perfect for a dinner on the beach, or post yoga, feel-good fuel!..and a San Francisco staple! The Little Chihuahua has a delicious menu, serving fresh, organic ingredients, with vegan and gluten free options available too. And with a couple locations to choose from, eating here is convenient!
Angelinas Deli Cafe-

Angelinas in our favorite deli/salad bar/coffee shop for a few reasons! With such a versatile menu, you can satisfy anyone in your group, all of their food is delicious, made fresh, and healthy, AND it is so close to our stomping grounds of Baker Beach that is a perfect pre or post-yoga nourishment.
Favorite places to HYDRATE!:
The Center SF-

The Center is one of SF’s hidden gems. It is a beautiful tea house, made into a sanctuary of sorts. It’s incredbly zen and bohemian decor make it such a relaxing and peaceful space, perfect for catching up on work, socializing with friends, or just basking in alone time. Local artists, entrepreneurs and community members volunteer here, keeping this space authentic, personal and loved. Enjoy a cup of tea or cacao here, OR enjoy a yoga class or workshop hosted in their attached studio. You can check out their studio schedule on their website.

It is a beautiful art gallery, lounge space perfect for catching up with friend, hosting a gathering, getting work done, or just hanging out. They offer a wide variety of evening events, so if you want to be out and social, but want to avoid the bar scene..this is the place to go! This gem is a perfect example of what makes SF so great.
Our favorite STUDIOS:
Locations in The Castro, Hayes Valley, Potrero Hill, & Inner Sunset
Yoga Tree has several studio locations in the city and hosts our very favorite yoga instructors. When you’re not doing yoga on the beach, we recommend you pop into a Yoga Tree studio for great energy, great community, and great teachers.
1694 Union St.
The Pad is a studio located in the Marina, pretty close to Baker Beach. Amazing instructors make up their community and the space is pretty magical. Pop into a class, and support your local yoga instructors:)
