You belong here.

You being nourished matters.

You tending your beautiful body, mind and soul is a gift to you, and to everyone in your life.

We invite you to join us for a 2 or 3 night retreat reconnect to nature and source, to your innate creativity, beauty, and peace, waiting to be re-birthed in each season. And to reconnect to the wild and unexplainable magic of gathering in soul space with women to sing, move, celebrate, grieve, release and honor this precious life.

WHAT women ARE SAYING:

“A retreat lead by Julie is a gift - she curates an experience that is playful, spiritual, and nourishing for body, mind and spirit.

This was my third retreat, and all the trips were an opportunity to connect with an incredible group of women and to step back from the fullness of everyday life. We were guided through powerful meditation sessions, treated to nourishing meals, and lead on beautiful hikes around Tahoe.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have said yes to these retreats - they are such a wonderful gift and I always walk away inspired to pay it forward and to share this amazing energy with my friends and family. I step away recharged, mentally clear, and feeling so so much lighter.””

— EMILY

“I got way more out of it than I was expecting. What would I tell a friend? Do it!! Make it happen! It is truly one of the most amazing things I have done for myself. I am still bathing in the afterglow.”

— Dana

MORE ABOUT THE RETREAT..

Have you read the Red Tent? Women have been retreating together since Biblical times, from gathering to commune during our moon cycles to retreating annually to break from busy-ness of our daily lives and all we hold, and come home to be held by the earth and each other.

We believe every woman deserves time and space to retreat.. to reconnect to source, to the  flow of life force moving through us, and to remember, we can express our life force in our own powerful, gentle, silly, RAWR, perfect way.

The world is asking for us in our authentic expression more than ever, and for us to be attuned to what is authentic for us now.

This retreat is a time to refresh, renew, and to soften. Old grooves and patterns (we will be off-grid, mostly off phone). To move in new and familiar ways, to receive guidance and inspiration from us, your guides, and from each other. To re-wild our souls in nature. How we inhabit our bodies, express our voice, and connect to what matters to us.

about kayla diana

Hi, I'm Kayla.

My purpose is deep connection through sound! I believe Music is the soul of life and that everybody has music in them.

I’m a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter , and somatic voice work facilitator . On my journey I have accumulated 17+ years of musical experience on and off the stage between live and studio performance, collaboration, and teaching. I have been facilitating somatic voice work for ten years.

Being born deaf in one ear and having followed the path of musicianship, I had to dig deep to find my voice and developed a sort of “sixth sense” for receiving and articulating sound.

I have helped hundreds of people feel the magic of their own voices and I love curating spaces where people can embody and empower their expression.

My studies, dharma, and devotion includes a synthesis of having learned from incredible healers, facilitators and musicians, and also being born into a long line of masterful musicians and teachers.

about julianne aiello

Hi, I’m Julie.

I am a lover and student of nature, love and wisdom. Nature was my first and true love, remembering we are all held my the great Mother Earth, and to know her infinite intelligence. I have also found deep resonance with the ancient teachings of yoga to know and work with the mind, connect to the vast love in our heart, and connect to the body as a profoundly beautiful vessel to know our truth, to sing, to creative express our connection to the sacred through movement and nature.

I found yoga at time when I was deeply longing for purpose, and a healthier relationship with my body. I was running, literally and figuratively, a lot, and I was lacking direction in my inner and outer life. I was so lucky to find a couple teachers to guide me on the path, to me work with my deep hunger to feel alive and on purpose, to come to know myself on a deep level, and to develop the understanding and skills to channel my life force in a productive way, for myself and those around me.

At the heart of what I offer is what has served me and continues to serve me as a student of yoga - to awaken to who we really are, to be honest and gentle with ourselves, and to reclaim our inner authority and agency in how we move, breathe, and nourish ourselves so we can shine our light on the world.

I also draw on the contemplative traditions of Buddhism, I have studied and practiced Reiki for many years, my diet and classes are guided by the wisdom Ayurveda, and overall I teach and guide with an integrative approach to wellness and wholeness, to support you in the entire human experience!

I love to teach and share in meditation, somatic practices of inhabiting our body and our voices, powerful AND accessible asana (yoga) classes, mindful strength classes (barre inspired) and to offer restorative practices. I also LOVE to chant mantra, play guitar, and sing.

I look forward to connecting with you in class or on retreat, to being in the heart space together, to being radically HONEST, GENTLE, and LOVING with ourselves! About what nourishes us, what binds us, what is challenging us now.. we can live from an empowered place of truth, freedom, and connection with ourselves that serves US and everyone in our lives. Come join in the sweetness!
